YOGA HOLIDAY IN INDIA

APRIL 2014

My friend Fiona and I propose to run this as a holiday and include some cultural outings in time off.

The plan is to be based in  hill station in The Western Ghats between Mumbai and Pune.

Programme:
Friday: 5.00 - 7.30pm asana for teachers and experienced students
Saturday: all day, pranayama plus two asana classes
Sunday: pranayama plus one asana class, finish around 1.00/2.00pm

Happy New Year

Whether you are continuing with your practice starting anew or coming back after a break here's hoping for many wonderful yoga moments in 2012.

I have been busy over the holiday refreshing the Boghouse Studio for those who come for private sessions......its pure brilliant white again.

As it was so popular last year we will run the workshop at Yoga Stable where we can make use of their ropes on the 28th of January 2-4.

Similarly returning to Samye Ling for the annual yoga weekend in September 14th-16th. Hopefully we will be able to have lead meditation again as a part of this.
