This year’s yoga retreat returns to the interesting location of Samye Ling in the lovely, rolling hills of Eskdalemuir. The Shrine room is very warm and ideally suited for the practice of yoga. The programme gives more time and space than is available in a regular class allowing you to deepen your practice and sensitivity.
