As so often happens on a yoga day the sun shone, and you all came!! We had a great workshop on Saturday at Yoga Stable, where we had the chance to play with ropes.
Also I have been passed this link for Guruji's (Mr Iyengar)charity which we have fund raised for in the past. Its amazing to see how much has been done for this village:
