Yoga for me... and you!!

on Mon, 08/04/2013 - 11:33

Teachers and Intermediate students alike all benfited hugely from the teachings of Rajvi Mehta last week as we had pre-convention workshops in Edinburgh.

These events are good not just for the yoga but to bring together our yoga community. We took over the Kalpna restaurant one evening for added sociability...good food is part of good yoga afterall.
